Sadly, Ikea just did a major overhaul of their cabinetry and not sure I like the new style, but I wouldn't let that stop you from using their online kitchen program.

I also went ahead and picked up a Minwax Wood Stain Marker just in case of touch ups (I'd do the same for any high end cabinetry as well), but haven't have to use it in the 7 years they've been in daily use.

plus I've been quite surprised at just how well they've held up. They were fairly easy to put together and install. I will say that I did end up buying the Ikea cabinets to save on the co$t of my reno and absolutely love them. If you do decide to go with their cabinets, you can also print out the cost of the entire kitchen as well with and without their appliances, etc. Afterwards you can save your plan to your computer or print it out along with a list of all your cabinets, sizes, appliances, etc. You can then view it flat as well as in 3D from all sides, as well as from above and below rotating it all around to your heart's delight. and then (using their cabinets, sinks and appliances templates), arrange and rearrange a mock kitchen. did I mention it was FREE? :D You put in your room dimensions, windows, doors and wall openings, etc. You might want to try taking advantage of the free Ikea online kitchen remodeling program I used it and found it invaluable.
